This brought back some memories. The plans almost look like it had been partially completed. There was a very wide hallway that exited onto Magnolia Ave back in the ‘50s. And of course – no mention of the “secret” ground floor to balcony passages located near/on the side of the orchestra pit or the secret rooms (used for storage) in the mezzanine and balcony. I also have not see any mention of the movable orchestra pit in the many descriptions of my beloved theater where I spent many a Friday nights.
