The former Woodlawn Theater in 2011. Opened in 1911, it did not make the transition to sound in the late 1920s and was converted to commercial use. By 2011 it was in use as a garage and storage. In 2018 the building was purchased for renovation into the Dekum Street Theater, a performance space and events venue.
