Flowers and signs on a construction fence in Fond du Lac, Wis., mourn the demolition of the Retlaw Theatre’s auditorium and stage. The entrance lobby of the 1925 Rapp and Rapp theater and attached retail/office space will be retained and renovated for offices for the Commonweath Company.
