216 Avenue Daumesnil,

Looking like a warehouse, the Daumesnil had a long and narrow auditorium with a small lobby and two doors on each side of the box office.
This movie theatre had its glory years starting in 1978 when managed by a young staff of movie lovers. It started a policy of multi programming with 25 movies each week and became very successful, which was unexpected for a little movie theatre lost in the middle of the 12th district of Paris.
Closed by the police in 1982 because of drug problems, the Daumesnil was demolished two years later.
