I remember seeing Follow That Bird (1985) there on school field trip. Random memory – I think I remember seeing a poster for Superman IV: The Quest For Peace (1987) on the wall.

In high school, I ended up working at the Chouteau and remember delivering a 101 Dalmatians (1996) lobby setup over to IV and it was during a windy night and I remember someone had to sit in the back of the pickup to make sure it didn’t fly away into the night.

Good times.

The Gladstone 4 probably was gold auditoriams with red seats. That was the ‘theme’ Dickinson used In that time frame. Likewise the lowercase ‘cinema’ with roman numerals was also a part of their style.

This Theater was open well into the 90’s. I rode my bike there and saw “Star Wars” in 1977. Now you can eat some really good pizza there.

This theater survived well into the 1980s, as it was still running after I moved to the metro in 1985.

This originally was a Dickinson Theatre. It was their first 4 screen venture.
