Looking For A Mentor

I’m looking to buy an independent movie theatre in the next eight years and would, in the mean time like to find a business mentor to help guide me through the process of what it takes to own and operate a succesful theater.
I would greatly appreciate any help towards finding a mentor as I have no clue, nor have I come across anyone willing to take on such a rewarding task.
I know there has to be someone out there secure enough in the state of their own business’s success willing to give back through mentorship. If so please contact me at the following:

ok here is a question
when you say independent theatre what do you mean?
What kind of movies would you show?
How much would it cost open say for 12 hours a day.
What would be the cost of admission?
our local college- Niagara college has been donated the projection roon for their film and broadcast students. in return the are going to manage all our films-indepentdant, foreign, 2nd run movies, I am approaching the different theatre chains to show new releases also, we are also having live performances
