We are Chalet Theaters LLC and operate eight theaters including two drive-ins. We are looking to rent three more theaters with an option for a lease purchase.

Where are your current theatres located? I assume that you are interested in expanding your chain only within your current region, but you haven’t told us where that is.

How about the King’s Court and the New Granada in Pittsburgh? Both theaters have profiles on CT.
I’m also looking for a theatre to rehab or maintain in the Chicago area. We’re just looking for one location and would appreciate any heads up you could give us on anything you take a pass on.
You’d be surprised what you fnd on eBay. Right now there’s a cinema house just north of Pittsburgh available. The item # is 4471321591.

There is the old Lawford in Havana IL we used to own it but sold it back to the owner of the building,,, look under Lawford here,, they are wanting app 70k for it,,,
Thanks. We’re actually looking for something in Chicago(commutable), but thanks anyway. It’s quite a history on the Old Lawford. I hope there open its able to open up again soon.

its open now yes its a 3 and half hour from CHicago,, the other theater on ebay have talked with them,,, a 10-plex just opened down the street stadium seating thats why this one closed ( the one on Ebay) not a wise investment there
Good for the town of Havana then. There was another theatre on eBay (a drive-in) near Pittsburgh, but I can’t find the listing now, so maybe it got picked up.

Don’t know if you are interested in a NYC theater, but this one on Staten Island is for sale. Be forewarned, it has been for sale for years. The building is also landmarked which may restrict it’s use as a theater.

I have a 17,000 square foot theater house in Sidney Ohio that I am starting renovations on. It was built in 1920 and still has the balcony and stage. The theater needs updating and renovations but was in operation until 3 years ago. I purchased it this past July. I am interested in leasing out the main theater area for several years and will considder options.

The Lane Theater on Staten Island, NY is still for sale. It’s located at 168 New Dorp Lane. It’s now listed with a new realtor who doesn’t show a name, only the phone number 718-234-0052 on a sign attached to the building. The Lane has been for sale since 2002. It is a landmarked building which restricts it’s use.
