Paris photo exhibition related to forgotten theaters

posted by Yves Marchand on February 1, 2008 at 8:00 am

We are doing an exhibition of pictures taken in the New York area related to forgotten theaters. Sometimes partially reused as retail or abandoned since decades, the city keeps a lot of unexpected relics behind their walls.

It will be held at the Naco Gallery, 38 rue de Citeaux in Paris from February 1st to March 16th and the vernissage(preview) will be January 31th from 7PM.
More info on our website.

Yves… the photographs on your website of Detroit and Eastern Germany are absolutely stunning! Great job! I look forward to seeing the photos from your American tours – particularly of New York theatres – posted in the near future.

How many photos in the exhibit?

Is there a catalog?

Yay Yves! I had the pleasure to meet Yves on two separate occasions to photograph some locations around the city. Stunning work, to say the least.

Thank you for your comments !
Monical, it’s a pretty little exhibition of about ten prints of 95x120cm. I can send you a catalog by email if you want.
Sean, nice to read from you here ! We hope to see you again in some weeks !
