CHICAGO, IL — I grew up in the shadow of the Rhodes—used to play softball in its parking lot, age 10-12. I recently made a video about it and put it on YouTube. Hope you like it.

Good job Bob. You and I share the same birth year and have had some of the same experiences. The only difference is that at 14 I entered the theatre business and stayed for 25 years. Thanks for the memories.

Bob… THANK YOU for a wonderfully entertaining video. I so enjoyed your comments about the News and Trailers etc, but you forgot about how the projectionists use of curtains in between each segment.
Also, THANK YOU for the Kate Smith segment of “God Bless America” -I still have tears in my eyes!
And THANK YOU for your service to our country!!!
