  • <p>I worked as projectionist at The Balboa for several years when they were still running film on a 35mm dual projector “change-over' system. Late one afternoon, I stepped out to get some fresh air just before showtime, and saw this great sunset. I ran upstairs to the projection room and grabbed my camera and telephoto lens, and then ran back downstairs and almost two blocks east to take this picture. I kept the audience waiting, and the show started a couple of minutes late, but I got a great picture! -JimC-</p>
