Just a couple comments after reading through the last two years of comments.
1) AGoodGuyInNY is correct. The marquee is not original. I have seen photographs and renderings of the Fleischmanns Theatre from the 1930s.
2) Couldn’t help but notice that the owner’s asking price has come down over the last year.
3) Some of the decor may be art deco, but the building is not.
4) Generally, single screen movie houses are not economically viable.
5) God bless the couple who tried to make a go of it at this theatre in 2004.
