And lastly, a 1947 movie playbill from the Green Lake Theatre, a great Art Deco movie theatre that operated from 1937 through 1958 in the Green Lake neighborhood. The theatre was known for its tower-like sign. Would’ve been a great place to watch an old film noir back in the day! This was near what is now the block that has the Green Lake Grill and Jock-and-Jill Sports.
