This opened on May 24th with “Confessions of a Police Captain”. Grand opening ad posted.

It opened under the auspices of Community Circuit Thetres, which was bought out by Loews in the late 1970s. It closed as ‘Loews Showplace’ .

Just want to let you know the auditorium of this theater was destroyed by and explosiont a few years aftwer it cloesed. It was used has a craft store til then.
