This theater has been reopened!!! Mayor Steve Streit has recently negotiated an agreement with the owners of the building and the facility has been renovated. A new marquee with lights, updated entry and bar/eating area. The Lockport Old Towne Cafe, neighbor to the Roxy, serves their specialty food incuding hotdogs, sausage sandwiches, desserts. It is a BYOB theater. The weekend of July 25 the Roxy showed Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. August 8 and 9 will be the gothic horror Hansel and Gretel.

According to an employee at a local business, the theater is occassionally used for senior citizens' events.
