Previous Names: Royal Theatre, Girard Palace Theatre, Royal Palace Theatre
Opened as the Royal Theatre by the end of 1914. Girard Palace by 1914. The architect was Leroy Berman Rothschild and it had 611-seats. It soon became the Girade Palace Theatre and was later called the Royal Palace and by 1926 the Elite Theatre when a Wurlitzer organ was installed.
It closed in 1945 and was used for storage. It has since been demolished.
