This was opened by Cobb Theatres on June 28th, 1991 with 10 screens. Sold to Regal in 1997 and bought back by Cobb in 2002 who closed it. It was to be reopened by James Duffy in 2007 but never happened. It was taken over by Phoenix theatres on July 1st, 2009 who closed it on September 5th, 2013.

It has been over three years since I made the comment about the theater. They were definitely operated by Phoenix at that time.
It appears not to be operated by Phoenix, it is not listed on their website.
This theater reopened yet again on July 1, 2009 and is operated by Phoenix Theaters. It is now a first run house.
Prior to its incarnation as a Theater/Grill, it had been closed since the active 2004 hurricane season when it was a $1 movie theater.
This theater closed about 2-3 months ater it reopened as a Cinema and Grill.
