The Showboat Drive-In opened on the week of April 18th, 1950, and listings stopped in 1957. Grand opening ad posted.
Boxoffice, May 12, 1951: “The Showboat Drive-In at Tracy has been purchased by Mrs. Ada and M. Rosenberg, owners of the Grand and Arlon theatres in Tracy, from five partners, Vincent Trains, Robert Byers, Charles Gubser, Stewart Fletcher and Alex Balanesi.”
A more accurate address (at least for Google) is 23901 North Chrisman Road, Tracy, CA 95304. Today, a small industrial park with a series of businesses occupies the property.

The location is essentially behind where the Chevron gas station and convenience store is currently located, at the corner of 11th Street and Chrisman Road.
