Opened as the Palace Theatre and later, from at least 1941 to 1950, it was operating as the Carlisle Theatre. The theatre was located off Main Street on First Street. The building is now occupied by 21st Century Rehab, Pc., which is a clinic for Physical & Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.
