Located in the east London district of Canning Town. This was Sweetingham’s first cinema and it opened in the early-1900’s. It was closed by the local Council in February 1909, for safety reasons.
It was demolished in 1912, and the much larger Grand Cinema was built and opened on the site in 1913.
