Located in the east London district of Stratford on Bridge Road, at the rear of the Borough Theatre(later Rex Cinema/ABC). The Cinematograph Hall was a conversion by architect A. Smith, of a former chapel. It opened on 10th October 1912. In 1913 it was re-named New Crown Cinema Theatre, but closed in 1914.

It was re-opened in 1917 as the Ideal Cinema, but was finally closed in 1918.

Later demolished, the site remains an empty plot of land, directly adjacent to a former pub, which in recent years was a nightclub named Reflections 2000 (in 2009, closed and unused).
