This theatre just re-opened after undergoing a complete renovation and adding a new screen bringing it to a 7-plex. Stadium seating was added, and the complex is now 100% digital with Barco projectors. Lobby was completely redesigned with a new concession stand designed in-house.

Love how the CINEMA sign on the front of the pre-renovation theater is in the same font as the ones General Cinema used to have up on their buildings, and then they just slapped on a “6” in a different font without even bothering to have it be the same. It looks so weird…

This was opened as Four Corners Cinema 6 by Cineplex (of Texas) on May 15th, 1986, as their last location before going bankrupt in November and taken over early in 1987 by Cinemark. Grand opening ad posted.

Cinemark operated the 6-screener until July 25, 1991. This was followed by Hollywood Theaters and lastly Wallace Theaters.
