The Our Theatre was operating prior to 1941. It was operated by Everett & Gertie Perrin, who sold it to Larry Raymond in the early-1960s.
It was then converted to a furniture store, but later burned down. By 1975, the site was occupied by a Ben Franklin (later V&S Variety) store, which closed around 1996. Ace Hardware moved into the former V&S building in 2002.
