Nearby Theaters
Located in the Cannelton district to the south of Tell City, the Starlite Drive-In was operating by 1955. I have not been able to find much info on the Starlight Drive-In. I understand that it was closed in the 1980’s and in 2016 all that remains is the marquee..

I grew up in Tell City and the Starlite was a huge part of the teenage social life. Friday night was date night, which was usually a trip to the drive in, and often times Saturday night found me and my buddies back to enjoy the movie together.
Found It!
The address (at least for Google) is 9208 Old State Road 37, Tell City, IN. Today, the land is private property with very little indicating it was once a drive-in.
However, the marquee is still up at the corner of Old State Road 37 and Starlight Road. http://tinyurl.com/hfj2z3p
