The Wicomico Theatre was opened November 1, 1935 with Fred Astaire & Ginger Rogers in “Top Hat”. In 1941, the Wicomico Theatre was operated by the Schine Circuit. They were still operating it in 1950.

This opened on November 1st, 1935. Grand opening ad in the photo section.

According to this poster, in 1964 the theater was part of the Schine Theater Circuit.
