Located at Rowe Avenue and Gainsville Avenue in the Lake Forest district to the north of Jacksonville. The Lake Forest Drive-In was opened prior to 1955. By 1968 it was operated by Kent Theatres.

The Lake Forest Drive-In was closed in 1980.
