A neighborhood second-run theater located on the edge of German Village and downtown Columbus, Ohio. It opened on January 26, 1914, according to Phil Sheridan and in 1919, according to Myron Seifert. The Film Daily Yearbook in 1927 lists seating capacity as 1,000 and in 1945 as 900 seats. In the Wednesday, April 4, 1951 edition of the Columbus Citizen states the Victor Theater as ‘closed for repairs’.

It was destined never to reopen as a movie theater.
