There were two Garden Theatres in 1926, this one and one on Taylor Street. This Garden Theatre opened in 1912 as the Marshfield Theatre. It seated 1,077. In 1914 it was renamed Garden Theatre and was closed in 1930. The building was demolished in 1935.
