In the Lincolnshire town of Holbeach, the Women’s Institute hall was, according to ‘Lincolnshire Cinemas’, used for film shows. Unfortunately, it is not known when, but the date in the stone above the hall’s entrance is 1936. The Park Road Picture House was never listed in editions of Kine Yearbooks. Today it is still used for Women’s Institute meetings and there are bingo sessions 3 times a week.
