Located at the corner of Cliff Street and Croke Street. The Pier Hotel opened in 1873. The Pier Hotel operated an outdoor cinema at the rear of the hotel(dates of operation unknown?). The Pier Hotel was demolished in 1955, and is now the NDUA (Notre Dame University) Education Center.
