The Alhambra Theatre was opened by 1935. It was closed in 1941. It was taken over by Paramount Pictures Inc. and was operated through their subsidiary Butterfirld Michigan Theaters Co. having been renamed Hill Theatre. It was still open in 1952, but had closed by 1955.
