The concept to have a free standing theater was already in the works as the Fox Holiday Shopping Center was reaching its fourth expansion stage. Between the time of the theater’s concept and the identifying of the circuit (Fox Intermountain) was this Miller and Fieldler 1965 sketch to turn the Holiday Village Shopping into a full-fledged modern mall. The theatre would be constructed as developers began to connect up the existing structures to the expansion tenants.
