Located in Lembeek, a small town near Halle. The Empereur was already open in 1926 or 1930 under the name Union at 22 Station Straat. After the 1940’s it was located at Place Claes 1. The Empereur Palace in 1957 was screening “Rock Around the Clock”. The cinema is now closed and the building is a cafe.
