The Hippodrome Theatre opened Febrauary 1, 1913 exclusively for motion pictures. It was the first Leavenworth theatre to have its screen at the rear of the facility. In 1914, the venue installed a Photophone to automate music accompaniment with silent films. The theatre closed in the Fall of 1926.

The address is wrong. Should be 524-526. The building was looking very seedy in the 2000s, but has been renovated, probably closer to its historic appearance. It is used as an event space.
It looks like this theater was a remodel of a livery stable built between 1889 and 1897.
Here are two relevant paragraphs about the Hippodrome from the 1921 book Hstory of Leavenworth County by Jesse A. Hall and Leroy T. Hand:
The book I cited in my previous comment also says that C. F. Mensing “…came to Leavenworth in 1908 and remodeled the old McKelvery livery barn into the Hippodrome Skating Rink….” Mr. Mensing later took control of a rival skating rink, the Coliseum, and it was presumably after that when the Hippodrome was converted into a movie house.
