Located on Mason Street at Ellis Street. The Pink Kat Theatre opened in 1968 screening adult movies. It was operated by Habib Carouba, who in February 1969 opened the Tom Kat Theatre around the corner on Ellis Street.
The Parc 55 Hilton Hotel is now on the site of both theatres.
