The June 10, 1950 issue of BoxOffice included the Thomas Drive-In, Kingfisher, 300 cars, owned by John Thomas, on a list of drive-ins scheduled to open later that month.
The 1952 Theatre Catalog listed the Thomas Drive-In with a capacity of 250, owned by Don Abernathy.
The Motion Picture Almanac included the Thomas Drive-In, 250 cars, owned by John Thomas, through its 1961 edition and dropped it in 1962.
Today, nothing remains of the drive-in. A small manufacturing plant occupies the site.

Boxoffice, April 7, 1951: “KINGFISHER, OKLA. - The Thomas Drive-In, south of here, has been sold to Marsy Exhibitors, who already own two other theatres here. John Thomas, former owner of the house, has no immediate plans.”
