The 1916 Sanborn shows ‘Moving Pictures’ operating in a 2-story storefront. The building may have been constructed before 1885, but definitely by 1898. Prior to use as a theater, it was a saloon.

It was later converted into a store (probably during the 1920’s, judging by the fancy ‘Spanish’ tile under the shop windows), and appears vacant on the 2019 streetview.
