The Mission Theatre was a silent era theatre in downtown Ponca City. It launched November 2, 1911 by J.C.DeWalt. It was acquired and later reacquired by Fred Pickerell who would establish the Murray Theatre in 1919. With partner Bogan Theatres, the Mission Theatre closed for the summer in 1927. Though listed for years in film guides thereafter, the theatre appears to have closed as a silent operation.
