This theatre appears on the June 1907 Sanborn, operating in a two-story commercial building, which was constructed sometime before 1887, and had most recently been a restaurant.
The Grand Theatre remained in operation on the 1914 map, but by 1924, the space had reverted to retail use. It is fairly well preserved, and is today home to a realtor.

For research purposes, in 1907 the address was 836-838, there being no north-south division on any of the streets.
