I cannot find a lot, or even a ton of information to this theatre.
All I remember is that it only operated for a short period of time during the 1930’s. It was first named the New Theatre as of 1933 and later became the Bigbee Theatre in early-1934.
During the second week of February 1936, the Bigbee Theatre was destroyed by a fire caused by the projector showing a not-named feature during the afternoon hours. Right after the theatre burned down, new projection equipment among other things were then installed at a high school auditorium nearby and apparently held up the Bigbee Theatre name for a shorter time until the Palace Theatre had changed the city big time, opening later that April.
