Located in the northwest district of Belmont. Originally built as a stable, it was converted into the Lancaster Theatre which opened in 1913. The architect for the conversion was J. Elvin Jackson. The Lancaster Theatre was listed in the 1914-1915 edition of American Motion Picture Directory. It was not listed in the 1926 or 1927 editions of Film Daily Yearbook. In 1928 the Lancaster Theatre was closed as a silent movie theatre and it became a garage.

As of 2021, it hosts an auto radiator repair service. Thanks to Irvin Glazer for his research, as reflected in his books on Philadelphia theatres.
