Located in Hartlepool (aka West Hartlepool), County Durham. Built around 1904 as the Park Skating Rink, roller skating was briefly a popular craze at that time. It opened as the Park Picture Hall on 2nd August 1909. It was closed at the beginning of World War I in 1914 and never re-opened.
