Located in the district of Port Richmond to the northeast of the city. The Arcade Theatre opened as a nickelodeon in 1910. In 1913 it was modernised to the plans of J.A. Bader & Co. and Hoffman Co. It was modernised in 1920. It closed in the 1930’s and was used by the Stanley-Warner circuit as a repository for surplus items which were store there. Among the contents were many theatre organ consoles. This use ended in the 1950’s and the theatre became a small factory. It has been demolished for an overpass of the Delaware Expressway.
