This theatre appears on the 1948 Sanborn, in one of the storefronts in the Ouachita Hotel, a large 3 story brick building dating to between 1886 and 1890. The 1930 map shows this space as a store. There was a small marquee over the entrance.
This theater had disappeared by 1953, replaced by a store. At some point around 1970, the building was given a truly hideous makeover. This space seems to be used as a salon.
