Dixie Theatre

The Dixie Theatre opened in 1923, in what was likely a brand new building (it does not appear on the 1920 map) built to be a cinema. The building was a two story brick structure, simple yet showing some quality brickwork on the facade. Despite the large windows on the second floor, there was a balcony.

The Dixie Theatre was still open in 1957, but it seems to have been converted into a garage many years ago. The building is in decent shape, but appears vacant. While it was operating, the address may have been 225.
