Another early storefront theater, this appears on the 1909 map in the northern storefront of the Phoenix Hall, which was constructed sometime around 1871. The 1900 map shows a drugstore/jeweler here.

Like its neighbor two doors south, this was doubtless unable to compete with the far superior cinema facilities constructed downtown after 1910, and the 1916 map shows a billiard hall here.

The Phoenix Hall originally was three stories with a peaked roof, but has been reduced to two stories. Otherwise in excellent shape, a chocolate shop is the resident today.
