TOHO Cinemas Seven Park Amami

The TOHO Cinemas Seven Park Amami is the first movie theater to open in the Matsubara area after the closures of three movie theaters in the area which were the “Showa-za”, the “Amami Eigeki”, and the “Matsubara Eigeki”. All three of them closed in the 1960’s, leaving the Matsubara area in the dark for more than a half-century. Throughout it, people had to catch films in Osaka.

The 10-screen theater located on the 4th floor of Seven Park Amami opened its doors on November 17, 2021 featuring a seating capacity of 1,639. All auditoriums have two wheelchairs each, with Screen 10 having the most seats with 275 with TCX.
