Not to be confused with the Madison Theatre whose AKA was Lincoln, this Lincoln Theatre was in operation as early as 1928. The theatre closed around 1953 and was converted to retail. The building at this address appeared to have been built in the early-1900’s but lacks any external attributes which would indicate that it once was a cinema. It was demolished by 2007.

A peek at Google Street View suggests this one should now be classified as “demolished.” It’s been a vacant lot since at least 2007.
