Located in Littleport, near Ely, Cambridgeshire. The Constitutional Hall was opened in 1890 and was built by the Conservative Association. It gained a Cinematograph Licence on 14th December 1911. During World War I it was used for other purposes. It resumed cinema use again in 1919. It closed as a cinema in 1924 and went into community events use.

The building was taken over by the local council around 1971 and was renamed Littleport Village Hall. It continues today as a community hall.
