Here is Howard Skelton presenting a new bike to a Village Fun Club member. It looks like a girls bike. Whats interesting is he is holding a paddle ball. Howard used to do the last person standing contest, where all the kids had paddle balls and the last one paddlign was the winner. Zoom in on the sign for more details.
