Opened by ICU theatres (Golden Theatres) from Seattle on June 12th, 1998 with 10 screens. In 2001 Galaxy tore down 3 non-stadium cinemas and opened a pair of stadium cinemas.

Found the Cineplex 6 Erin Mills South Common Grand opening ad. It opened on March 12th, 1981, rebuilt and reopened on June 27th, 1986.
SilverCity name removed and replaced with “Cineplex Cinemas” and painted blue by 2018.
